If you're walking around and notice a random like black kind of dot on the ground, that was never there before... Walk up to it and if it's the phone you'll be able to pick it up.

Theres two most places they would mostly end up at. It's either on the side of the store.. Like on the corner.. Or in the desert. Just keep walken straiqht && yull reconqize a black dot.. && walk towards it, yull see it. especially for lost items messin from rooms it's mostly in the desert. if yur quest asks for a specfic item like seaweed qreen shower then yu have to qive it to them as a qift. But most of the time if yu don't wanna look for missin room items just buy them at the store.
