How do I get past the" CALM DOWN FRANKI FUSILLI WHILE WEARING A WIRE" part, I find it to be very difficult keepin my SANITY LEVEL up

Before attempting to calm him down, make sure your sanity level is high.But if you know the right moves,your sanity level wouldn't be a problem.
If he raises both his hands you should Select " Calm Hands" , one hand only : yell back and if he attempts to punch you,you "beg".
