Question for The Sims 2

I need help! How do I deliver the package from Frankie Fusilli to the Town Mayor. Everytime I go to Town Hall to approach him and try to give him the package, it just asks me if I want to impress him or whats up type of deal. What am I doing wrong??

I know it seems strange that doesnt it, I had the same prob. Just go onto where it says whats up, then he will thank you for the package, then you should get another task!

No thats not right, what you have to do is go to the town mayor and say whats up, he will be upset, you need to cheer him up and then afterwards you then need to click on give gift then you click on the cows head thingy and then click the bow then he will get it, you walk out of the room and go and see frankie again. Then you get a phone call from the mayor. You need to get a watergun as his office is on fire. Then the mayor (Honest Jackson) tells you to keep a close eye on Frankie. The cows head had some sort of explosive in.
