Question for The Sims 2

Hi. I am hoping someone who knows about these things can help me Smile I had a task to find the sarcophagus in the oasis in the desert, so I took my metal detector and searched and one of the things I found just appeared as "???" on the screen. Now, from reading some other people's questions on here, it seems like that WAS the sarcophagus I was meant to find, plus when I go and speak to the mummy now, he tells me to put it somewhere no-one else can get to it. However, after I left the oasis (after I found the "???" thingy) there was no sarcophagus or mummy thing or anything like that in my pockets. All that happened was that I had tons of gourds and fuel rods that I hadn't had when I went to the oasis a minute earlier. So how do I get this sarcophagus? It's still not showing up in my pockets, and I have been back to the exact same spot in the oasis about 6 times and can't find it any more. Any help would be MUCH appreciated as it's getting on my nerves now! Thanks!

Try searching all of the desert again and if you do find it, put it in your suite. Check it isn't in there first. Otherwise, I don't know what you should do. It has got to be somewhere. Tell me where you find it- if you do.

Thats weird. Try searching the desert again and if it is not there see if it is in your room. If not you will have to start a new game.

Maybe your pockets were full, use something that is in your pockets and you will have the sarcophagus
