What do I do after I get frankie fusilli caught by Penelop Redd? Who do I go to, to do more stuff? And is there any quick way to get simeloins?(what mech. jobs are there?)

After you turned in Frankie, He will give you 2000 Simoleons. Right after that, a New Non-Paying Guest will arrive (The Gothic Chick).
The Casino is the Quickest way to earn fast Simoleons. The Art Gallery is also a good Supplement.
And about the Mechanical Jobs, there ain't no such thing (Except when you Hack inside the Pent House).
