call every girl sim you know (if you're a boy in the game) and the other way around if you're a girl and make sure it says their for example pennelope redd I'm in the mood right now and currently in the sax lounge or somthing like that and go to them if they want to be checked in put dem in you're fav room and call them every day and I think they call you tell you that their in the mood and in their room and after romancing them you see a ring on the finger and uv proposed! I'm not sure if thats how you do it coz I've not tried it yet+ I'm in the middle of a stupid robot attack! Plz help if you can!
