Question for The Sims 2

I finished finding the 5 mechanicals but now it when I get to his room he says " what are you doing in my room? Don't you know Strangetown's strict landlord laws are? Take THIS!" and he kicks me out! I don't even have a chance to run!

I believe the concierge has said that he's out between 6 pm and 10 pm to recharge his batteries. You should break in between those times.
