The Rat Suit Thingy

I know that people have asked this question but
I don't know how to get the rat suit...i read that I had to go by the city hall to build the rat cave but I went down there and there isn't anything in the building thing...i even gave the guy my rods but anyway...the rat cave isn't ni there....HELP ME PLZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok so you went to city hall and you built the room...u waited 8 hours rite???...r you asking where the rat cave is or where is the rat suit in the cave???
The rat cave is in the basement...u go down the stair then you take the first right and you will see the freezer I think and there will be a thing tht looks like lockers and you go near it and it should open....and the rat suit is in there...did I help any???

You need to turn left not right, when you have gone down the stairts, if you turn right you go in to the shrine

If you mean how to build it you have to wait till you get farther in the game and you have to have 3,500 $ to build it

in the game wait for a while and just play soon tristan will call and say he needs to show you something and its the blue thing that looks lie a locker in front or the freezer in tn basement

After Optimum Alfred has moved in, Tristan will call and say he needs to show you something. He will then show you the Rat Cave, and, this is because there is nothing to defeat until Optimum Alfred moves in. And if you're thinking, 'There's aliens, right?' you can just defeat them with the Super Drencher.
