Hey I can not get into the penthouse I tried between 6pm and 8pm but I can not get in I know you have to get 5 mechanical things but I don't know how many I have at least 3!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hiya,
If you go in the manager suite & look at the control panel on the wall, it will tell you how many points you already have by looking at the skills option.
You have to get all five mechanical skill points first and it can take a few days to collect them.
