How to get rid of Franki

I have been playing for awhile and cannot get past this part.
Franki went to jail and Penelope has been around for awhile, but Franki came
Back to the penthouse. He will be in the penthouse and also check in to
A room downstairs. How do I get rid of him for good. I can't get past it.

I'm having the same problem, I have a 95% rating for the hotel, and I've done everything I can to get him to go away but I can't get him out, and are you having trouble getting to the desert know? I can't get to the desert because there's a big fat guy that stops me, how do I get rid of him too???

you have to burriey the wriggling chest at night from 7pm-6am and to burrey the chest you buy a shovel at the store

I have a 100% rating on my hotel and have never had this happen to me at all. Is this after you defeat the other characters in the game such as the Optimum? The only time I had anyone stop me from going to the desert was when I had to bury the chest. Is this what I have to look forward to?
