Question for Pokemon White 2

I defeaded the team plasma up the ship and went back to another city but now I d'ont know how I need to go to the elite 4 because I can't get to the other side of the ship what did I do wrong please help

Mabye try and check the town map? Where does it say you are? Which dots are grey and which are blue?
