Ok, I made this code for the people that always get stuck with an eevee with bad moves and no friendship. This is a lv 5 eevee that knows shadow claw, psycic and attract(sorry I can't make it have 4 moves) it has maxed out stats for a lv 5 Pokemon and has 99 friendship, it's holding an everstone so you can get the time of day right, I think it's a boy? But am not sure.
