You can only obtain Uxie, Azelf, Mesprit, Dialga, Cresselia, Heatran, Giratina, Regigigas (If you have Regice, Regirock, and Registeel), Shaymin (If you got the Oak's Letter Event), Darkrai (If you got the Member Card Event), and Arceus (If you got the Azure Flute Event) in Pokemon Diamond.

All other Legendary Pokemon can be obtained by Trade or by Pal Park.

Most of them have been listed down by Warrior13 ,but Groudon,Kyogre and Rayquaza can only be obtained in HGSS (HeartGold/SoulSilver)

No you can get rayquaza from a fossil in diamond I you have to go to the oreburgh mining museum
