By using this you can get loads of HRA points really easily eg by having a pirate themed room you can have 1543 points per item! This makes it really easy to get the presents from the HRA that they send when you get over a certain amount of points-

70,000 one story model

100,000 two story model

150,000 mansion model

Also you get more points for having sets eg a modern room or a kiddie room.
