In order to pull off a successful Hyper Strike, you are going to have to do is run into a Strike Orb when it appears on the pitch and have lightening fast reflexes. Once you have run through a Strike Orb auras will be surrounding your players and the ball. When this happens you need to hold 'A' on your controller to charge up a shot and only release it at maximum charge. At this point time will momentarily slow down, and a timing mini-game will start.

The objective of the timing-mini game is to stop the Hyper Strike meter in the blue zones on both ends to execute a perfect shot which your opponent will not be able to stop, and you will score two goals for your team. Gameplay will then cut to a little cinematic that's special to each character. If you miss the blue zones your opponent will have a chance to stop the shot. Make sure you are near the goal area when this happens as there is the possibility that when the goalkeeper blocks the shot you will be able to pounce on the rebound to score an easy tap in.

Your whole team can score a Hyper Strike once one of your players has run through one, but it is important to remember that you only have a limited amount of time to pull off a hyper strike before the strike orb wears off, you can only shoot in the oppositions half.
