Sims Freeplay won't load or open. It gets stuck on the loading screen and won't do anything. I don't have any idea what else I can do. All my apps are up to date, I exited out of all open apps, and restarted my iPad 3 times. Somebody said once you get a me update it will be fixed, but I JUS got the new update this morning. It was working fine, and I got my weather machine thing, then all of a sudden, it just stopped working. Anybody know what to do?

Sorry, this is a very late reply. But I must answer you, there can be many with the same issue.
The same thing happened with me, and here's what you do:-
1. Switch your device to "Airplane Mode" (this should turn the wi-fi off)
2. Now, open Sims Freeplay
3. A pop-up should come saying "Internet access required" (or something like that)
4. Now go to setting and switch off the Airplane Mode (with the app STILL RUNNING in the background). Make sure you're now connected to wifi.
5. Open app- it works.
If you're using your "data", switch that off too.
Hi, I've been playing the Sims for a year and a half now and have not had this happen to me before. My game will get to the loading screen, but then say connecting to serving and then just won't load. I was level 33 and had 3 million Simoleons so I don't really want to uninstall. I haven't signed into Facebook or backed up my game. Will it delete all my progress if I force stop it?
