Question for The Sims FreePlay

Why won't it let me move a sim into the house? (It's another adult girl) and whenever I ask her to move in it says my house is full! I have 5 sims in all (4 living in the house, & one is the extra girl) and the max is 9. I've deleted one of my other sims but it STILL won't let me move her in. HELP MEEE! (Btw she's best friends with the other women, dating the man, and friends with my 2 kids) (btw when I ask her to move in it's from her best friends POV.)

Yeah, the house is full. You can only have a maximum of 4 Sims residing in the same house.
