Question for The Sims FreePlay
Tap on a plot of land in the new housing development and build a house...I don't see the new housing development when I look at the city and I've tried just building another house in a different location but that didn't work. So what do I do?

The hew Housing development are all located at the top of our map, at the edge of the beach just next to the sea.

but is it supposed to give me an option to build my own house or do I choose on of the options like the studio, townhouse, family home ect

You have to get a Simms to be a Real Estate Agent. To do this you have to build the Promotions r us on the map and complete a series of real estate Goals. Once the real estate goals are completed it will unlock the beachfront properties on your map and you'll be able to build your house.

They're the premium Houses at the top. The more expensive ones...
