How to get my toddler out of the road. I have tried everything. He is now hungry tired and dirty. Help

Try going to a different house and calling the toddler there with the whistle. When Sims are brought to a house with the whistle they usually go to the front of the house no matter where they were at the other house they were at. So hopefully your toddler will be off the road and by the front of the house. You can then bring the toddler back to their own house with the whistle.
