My sims won't get out the pool wht do I have to o o get them out the pool??

You need to get a pool ladder from the pool tab in your homestore and place it in your Swimming pool.
The Sims will need the ladder to get themselves out of the pool.

i have a ladder but they just use the sides even when i take it away if they get out most of the time they just sit and tread water and won't get out no matter how long i leave them or no matter what i tell them to do so what i did was i sold the pool (the sim will tread water in the floor) then you buy a pool in the same place and the sim will now be standing outside the lot

There's a thing called pool Items that looks like a floaty .A ladder is the first thing on it. You choose that then place it in the pool. It costs about 650 dollars I think.

One ofinal my Sims didn't swim or chat with another sim I didn't know why till I recognized that it is coz the pool is dirty so u need to make sure it is clean

You have to hit the pool Items button in the home store. When you hit the button you can select the ladder. It cost 650 Simoleons. After you select choose where you want to put it and hit the check button.
