Question for The Sims FreePlay

Hey I'm on level 28 and I have 17 sims. I have 3 married couple sims but all the other adults can get married. Everytime they propose the other sims says no. Please help! I'm trying to let all my sims have at least one child.

The more expensive the ring, the more likely a yes answer.

If your Sims live in luxury or are tycoons they will need the most expensive ring.
