Question for The Sims FreePlay

Am on level 22 and my goal is to use the bbq at the park, already done that 10 times but nothing seems to happen! The funniest is it didnt give me any specific time, no bench beside the bbq, after using the bbq for 30 min I keep seeing this bubble over my sims head with a chair in it. Why

You need to move your sim out of the chair. The bubble means the sim can't move to get to the BBQ.
