To design clothes buy "Promotions r us".
Then go to the shop and purchase the Fashion
Design table.

Go to the store Promotions are us and buy the table, place it in you're house and click it and design it

No it's not do you click on the building with the easel and guitar and soccer ball then click it and press buy if u don't have enough then try gardening it's easy and then u can try sending your sims to work get money too

You have to puchace it. It is right by the Pet store and go in there and buy the Fashion table. Then place it in your Sims house.

Its the shop with the ball Guitar and Easel by the Pet store on the map then you buy the Fashion studio for 2,500 Simoleons
