My new goal is to have 3 Sims read encyclopedias how do I get them to do that?

In furnished Houses it comes with a bookshelf and an option is to read an Encyclopedia. But if you don't have an curnished house you can buy on by just clicking the icon tyat has a chair on ot then just go through all of those until you click on one that says decorations and flip throgh and you will see the bookshelf

You have to buy a book shelve and then tap it once the sim you have selected sits down then you can tap the next sim. You do NOT need to buy 3 book shelves.

You have to by a bookshelf click on it and click READ ENCYCLOPEDIA

How do I know what time it is? After updating the clock disappearing

I had my 3 Sims reading the encyclopedia between the specific time and never got my reward

Same here. I had 3 read the encyclopedia between 9-1 and the task is still there. Im fuming
