URGENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well, basically, my goal into "cuddle a cat" but..

I think all you can do is do the cheat to gain more Money then.
This is the cheat that I use to earn money AND finish buildings instantly:

1.) First off, go to Settings->General->Time and Date. Change the year to 1970.
2.) Go back to Sims Freeplay then make all your sims be in one house and make them plant something (preferably beans). Then go build whatever it is you want to build.
3.) Press home button then go back to settings again. Now change the year forwards (e.g 1970 - 1973). Press home button once to exit Settings.
4.) Now you'll need to press the home button twice, you should see the Sims Freeplay icon. Press on it for 3 secs or until the icons shake and you see the red circle. Click that circle on the Sims Freeplay icon to remove it from that Bar.
5.) Go back to Sims Freeplay, and tadahhh, you now have more money and your building instantly finished!

***Notes***
-Make sure that you always do Step 4 or else it won't work.
-You can do this over and over again.
-Do not exceed past the current year or else it won't work. When you get to the current year (which is 2012), change the year back to 1970s again.
-one last thing, don't build or do anything when you get to the current year because then you'll have to wait for it to finish until you can do the cheat again! (That's what I accidentally did-.-)

This is the only way I can think of as you basically build the buildings faster and plant beans which all earn you XP and Enough XP gets you to the next level. Next level gives you 1 LP, (you get the picture :P)
This cheat is quite fast, although can be boring as it's quite repetitive. I restarted my game and used this cheat, so I was on level 12 in just one day :D
