Question for The Sims FreePlay
I did the time cheat and now I don't get the daily bonuses and now my Sims won't go to work when they are suppose to. I've tried going back to the time I changed and still nothing. How can I fix this?

You can't fix it. The developers have said that if you mess with the time while you have the game, any glitches that occur can't be fixed. I think the only way to fix them is if you uninstall the game and then reinstall it with new data.

The time cheat will make most things in the future, eg if you jump to 1st November the next bonus will be the day after that. It doesn't mean you won't get the bonus again.
You can reset a lot of these things by doing the time cheat and then going back in time but not quitting.
When you return, cancel Jobs, Competitions, and the time on them will be reset to the present.
