Question for The Sims FreePlay
I am on level 18 I'm up to the mission where you watch movie on Wednesday and I have 10 people I started building the city hall 2 days ago and it won't tell me how long I have to wait for it to be completed also I don't have the option to build the studio hobby shop or school please help

You can only be building one thing at a time. You can not build anything else until your building is complete, then the other options for buildings will appear in your town
