Click the Camera icon in the upper left corner to take a picture, you don't have to share it to satisfy the goal.

You have to buy a crib then put it in a house where there is A married couple...Then you have to have the baby...and then you have to bake a cake and have it's birthday so that the baby can turn into a toddler then you can click the Camera and it takes the picture and the goal is complete.
