How do you get LP for free?

Your Pet will occasionally dig LP up, and sometimes you can watch a video and get free LP, but other than that if you want LP you'll have to buy it with your own money. I'd advise against that because this game has a tendency to crash and take your money.

If you want money you can always get all you're Sims in one house get garden patches for each one and get the most expensive one then after you have done all of that then press home button on you iPod, iphone, and iPad goto options press general and time and date then you change you date backward eg from 2012 to 1989 then turn your iPod etc of f tureen it back on goto your sims freeplay the goto home screen change your time back to normal then click back on it and It should work

Your Pets can *occasionally dig up LP, and you can get it by going to the store(click the purple shopping cart) and clicking the FREE button. There offers are made where you can get free LP. Also, you can purchase it with your own money, but I highly recommend you do not, as it glitches and steals your money.

Most of these will not work (I tried) but here is one that ifound on youtube and I have 50,000 dollars now!
First you go to date and time and set the month to the past at ABOUT 10 MONTHS
Then you turn your wireless off then you turn on the game and when the error shows you press the home button and turn on your wirerless then
You magicaly get 5000-10000 Simoleons

I use a money cheat, above this comment and buy all the expensive stuff. It then gives me rewards for the amount of money you have earned for the whole town. I am on 450,000 and got a reward with LP. Try this. It may not be a cheat. But I find it good.

This is how to instantly inspire all your Sims and get lots of money.

1. Quit the Sims game entirely
2. Go to settings and change the year to 2010
3. Go back to the game and let it completely load
4. Go back to settings and change the year back
5. Go back to the game

That's it! Enjoy!

I completely close the Sims, including on the home screen, then go to settings and change the date to '2010', then open sims and let it load, return back to settings and change back to '2012' and I get 10 free LPs! I have used this cheat many times and now have over 800 free LPs

For Free lps, it's a gamble but I usually get 1 or 2 per session. Get the mansion that comes with the luxury Car, or just buy the luxury car. Get a sim to 'go for a drive', and collect money or lps by tapping each bubble when the car horn beeps. You have to follow the car around The Town Map. If the Town Map doesn't appear as soon as you get in the car, click on the town map button asap.

Most of these will not work on the new updated ones I've tryied all of them and none of them work.... So that was an hour to waste.😞 So quiet trying to cheat and just play the game right it will work way better than wasting your time trust me.

Just save up all your LP and don't spend one I'm on lvl 6 and I got 20 LP soon going to have 21 :-)

If you have the latest update of the game ( february 2014) then this will probably work :
1 Make sure you have about 4/5 Sims in one house
2 make them plant something, doesn't matter what
3 make sure you do this very quick
4 the third or fourth sim you want to let plant will be able to earn more money than the others
You will see that you can plant tomatoes for 3000 instead of 2000 and onions for 1000 instead of 800,....
I'm not sure this works for everybody but it's worked for me so maybe you can give it a try
