How do you get three sims to speculate between 9am and 12 pm?

You have to tap on an armchair, there is now an option to speculate.

I did it at 9am, it worked. You can do it at 9am it's working.

You have to invite the Sims to the house one at a time and sit them down one at a time. You can't start with a house filled with 3 Sims, otherwise they all refuse. I was about to give up before I discovered this trick.

So start with one Sim, make them speculate. Then invite Sim #2, make him speculate. Then invite Sim #3 and make him speculate.

I took 3 living room chairs and hit the button that says speculate. But it didn't do anything. What do I do?

You need to do it between 9 am and 12 noon, I guess. I have yet to try that out

Hello my Sims friends. If you read carefully the instruction you'll find the clue. That means you need to buy or have 3 living room chairs & then click on the chairs. You'll find the option "speculate - 11 mins" there. So click on to that option 3times for 3 chairs to continue the Quest of 3 sims. Thanks.

Friends, you should put 3 armchairs together and let your 3 Sims speculate in that chairs. Then the task will be completed.
