If I remember correctly, before the marriage proposal was to make them be romantic, before that, engaged, before that romantic & make them 'woo hoo' & bake a sweet treat & before that I had to build 4 businesses. Hope this helps you

Before it it's things like be romantic and whoo hoo with them then it is build 3 buisnesses employ two firefighters then ask the question after that it's get married and have a baby I can't tell you any more because thats as far as I got because I need to level up to get a baby keep you're fingers crossed for me!!
