Question for The Sims FreePlay

Im on level ten and the 'get engaged' icon wont pop up.....what else do I have to do? And I already did lots of goals

You have to keep clicking be romantic and then eventually it will

On any level you will have the 'get engaged' icon pop up when the Sims become partners, it takes time to make the sims partners but will happen eventually.
