The store will not open it says that the server is timed out? What does that mean?

It just means you need to refresh. When it says that it just try it again and you'll get through.

Check if you have WiFi make sure you do then log onto Sims then exit wait a few seconds and go onto another app then come back on to Sims and it works I promise I tried with my friends it does work that is how we fixed it 😂😁😃😄😅😯😵😍😛😜
