Question for The Sims FreePlay

When I press on Propose marriage something will pop up saying hold up there your sims......
I am now on level 10

You have to work through all the Goals until you get to the one that says buy a ring then you can get married

You have to wait until you get a goal saying "get engaged" I was at level 15 before my Sims got engaged

You need to wait, you will have to go through a lot of Goals, but eventually one will pop up that has you make two Sims get engaged. Then you can have the sims propose.

Hm.. Well it's quite simple. You need to complete all the Goals... When a goal hits you saying 'Build Three Businesses' Then once you complete that, it will then say your goal is 'to get engaged'. Or be lovey-dovey first. It's really hard-working I know...
I don't think it really matters about level it matters how slow/fast you are. I mean I think I was incredibly slow, I was only on about level 23, when I got the 'get enganged' goal. However others were level 15,!
But I might have gotten level 23, because when I was level18 I figured out the planting cheat... LOL
