The Bar in their needs with the two talking bubbles is the Social. You need to get them to talk to someone actually or on the phone, Pet the dog or ....very little....feed the rabbit.

Have them interact with other Sims until the Social meter is full. That will max out your social meter.

Max out means to let it die out so don't let them be friendly for a little bit and let the meter go down

MI don't know what id max out a sim! I still don't understand! Was it to lower a Sims thing? Because in one of my sims, I have them as nemesis and, I don't know why it doesnt pass the level:(

you also have to make sure all there needs are taken care of ALL of them and then they will walk weird and have sparkles all over them. You can even make babies and toddlers sparkly!Guest answered:

Well I know that if you max out a credit card you use all the money on it so to max out a Sims Social you have to make the Bar go down to red and that sim can't interact with any other sims or Pets.

To max out a Sims sociable means to just be funny to the other sim and that only takes ten seconds so you now have a simpler way.
