It will problobly take about 1 month I'm not sure I am soooo not happy I still don't have my Sims engaged they are still partners so KEEP ON TRYIN

You need to keep being romantic and doing nice things before you can get engaged. You need to be a partner before hand. My 2 Sims are partners and are living with eachother and I am on level 5. They can woohoo and the marriage option is there but I cannot get them to marry because they're not engaged yet

U have to wait until ur goal is to get engaged and by goal I mean the thing at the bottom that says goal

In Sims Freeplay, you have to be Partners. Then the option to get married is there. It means you get engaged.

Well how long does it take to be partners?

You have to be a lv 10 then wait for the get engaged goal well it goes after you build 4 businiss or so but your Sims can't live with each other until you get the marriage goal ok good luc I hope this helps you bye!

Ok first off. You can get engaged at level 1 if you have 2 Sims. The person just has asking for marriage has to be in a really good mood. How long until the engaged stage is done I have no idea but hey, ill get back to ya

Omg all you need to do is tap on the other sim, and there is a propose marriage option, tap it and it should work.
