Question for The Sims FreePlay

I have been playing this game for months now and I use wifi. All of a sudden for the past month it is not letting me connect to the store, it just stays on connecting for minutes at a time and never gets to the screen. I have turned phone off and on many times and it still stays on the connecting screen.

If you have this type of problem it's worth going to Sims freeplay Facebook and take the link to forums this allows you to put your problem direct to an ea advisor. They really help.

If you press and hold the sim icon it will get in. Rather then immediately exiting. Had the same prob, and when I press and keep my finger on the Sims free play icon it gets into the game.
