Where is the science lab to build - I cannot find it!!

The Science Lab is on the land to the right of the Park. If you are already building one of the workplaces or businesses it will not show til the building is complete. Then you can tap on the icon and find out all you need to know about building it. Otherwise it may be you have not yet reached the level for it to show because it was the last but one building to be released just before the studio. Hope it helps good luck.
