I know. So, you first need to be really romantic, then there should be a column that says propose marriage. Click that, and you will need to buy a ring. The turtle ring is cheep, so your sim won't like that, and the only good rings are the ones that costs LP.(which sucks!) but the best ring that would work instantly is the eternity ring that costs 20 LP. So, good luck! PS I was so stuck on that, but I have a baby now!

Just buy the second most expensive ring. The silver and ones before it don't work and the most expensive one isn't needed for them to say yes. U can propose once they are partners.
