It takes 16 hours, after that you need to click on the add sim icon that's floating above the crib to actually get the baby.

They said it will only take 3 days. And I'm having the same issue. Its been a week now.. :(

When I go to add a baby it says "not so fast! You need to wait for your new sim to arrive before adding a new one" But I never tapped to say I wanted a baby. So confused??
