Well, you need to keep being romantic,
Or any conversations of actions that have a pink chat box next to your choice on the left. They will eventually become engaged,
After they have become engaged you keep choosing positive interactions, once the XP Bar for the relationship is full it will change to married, and... If you like you could have a baby!
