Cannot connect to the store?

The only thing that I can think of is to make sure you have an internet/wifi/3G or 4G connection. You can't connect to the store if you are offline, so that makes it tricky if you own an iPod touch, or a device without 3G/4G.

I am having the same problem. I have 4g and wifi.

But how do you fix it? Now I'm stuck connecting to the store and I can't even exit out of it!

If your online store is not working than check your connection to the internet and make sure your connected. If you are already connected and it's still not working than to many people in your house are taking up all the internet. If theres to many people taking it all up than your connection to the store will be slow and wiill take for ever to load. You may not have the right connection for tablets and ipads or other devices with 3g or 4g . Thank you let me know if that was useful

I had the same problem for a while but I found an easy solution. I closed all apps opened on my device then I just restarted my wifi connection (on device) I tried to connect again at the store and it worked!

I restarted the game and the online store turned on in seconds

I found how to fix this on my devise! I tried all of the above, and nothing worked. I restarted my devise, and it worked! Good luck to you all!

This is what happens to me:

I click the purple online store button
It takes forever to load. I even left my device on for over an hour trying to get into the store.
I am fully connected to WiFi and I have restarted my device. I don't want to uninstall because I don't want to lose all of my data.

If anyone has a solution please comment down below.

My issue: it was connected to the internet, but was giving me "cannot connect to iTunes store. Verify password is correct." It wasn't even asking for a password. I turned off the wifi on my device (swipe up from bottom and click wifi button), tried to purchase something in the app (which it then gave me a "cannot connect to server" error), then turned the wifi back on. The next time I tried to purchase something it asked me for my touch ID and allowed me to purchase.

In my game Sims freeplay I want to buy LP'a and it says store error if any solutions put them down. Thanks😃

Well I am stuck on this Quest also, but I am connected to the internet and it says "Check your store settings and try again" What am I supposed to do? Oh and btw I'm using Android.

I used to buy on Sims .. Now whenever I try to connect to the store ..it keeps loading forever and it never connects although my internet wifi is working very well
I DON'T GET WHAT IS WRONG !!!

So, heres what worked for me update card info in app store settings on ipad. Installed newest update of ios. My card expired and I hadnt updated. It refused to connectm must jave valid card on file to even ourchase the free packages.

Can't connect either. Just keeps loading and loading with the icon. I have 4g.

First close all apps on your device,then turn off your wifi,last restart your phone...it's always work for me😊(also idk it's helping or not,but I also make sura that the time on my phone is correct)

Go to settings find the Sim app and clear the Cache. That is what worked for me, hope it works for you !
