Green sparkles means that all of your Sims needs are met and that they are satisfied. If it's a green-brown dust around them, that means their needs are lacking, and that you need to take care of them ASAP

I don't think the sparkles mean they need a bath. I think it means that they're happy.

It happened to one of my babies after they got changed!!!!!!!!😄😄😄😄😄😄Guest answered:
It means that they are fully "inspired" That is the only reason my Sims would have the particles occur...

It means that they are really healthy and there entertainy is up meaning they aren't hungry they are clean they don't need to go to the bathroom and so on
