The only one I've seen affected by not being met is the toilet, the Sims will wet themselves and leave a pee puddle on the floor, also they will walk very slowly but that is all I've seen happen
Also if they are not satisfied to a certain point they can't go to work.
For a few weeks, I left my Sims Freeplay untouched but, when I came back, I had a lot of Simoleons and my sims' needs were at full point.
They will die and not come back it happened to my little brother.
Your Sims will be housebound. They walk around really slow and can't work. They will pee on the floor and sometimes vomit. That's what I've seen.
They will just leave a pee puddle and walk slowly and don't go to work and they stink and throw up
Yeah, I haven't played in a long time until now, but from the answers I've seen I remember that one time I got on the game, and there were pee and vomit puddles in places and the bars were red. My Sims had stink fumes as what looked like an aura (It's THAT bad) and they walked around slowly. At times they would stop walking and pee or vomit on the floor. You can tap on the mess to have a Sim clean it up. Plus, they couldn't go to work either. It was nasty. I came here because I was multi tasking my Sims needs, which was hard giving that I have 8, and I wondered: What happens if I leave my Sims needs unattended? Then I was here.
They will vomit if their hygiene gets to 0 they will vomit all over the place.
