Basically you just max out every Bar for the sim's need. The fastest way is use the inspire cupcake that cost 2 LP.

FM here.. It mean that you need to fill all the eating, shower, use toliet etc.. To finish this Quest keep shaking your phone or ipod... Until Sims throw up and clean it.. Repeat step until cupcake come out or Bar turn red in the bottom for shower then go shower and it will be inspired.. Dont have to use LP

You can also have a sim kick the garbage then have the sim clean it up. Do. It over and over until the bath Bar turns red. Then have the sim take a shower.
