No, you cannot. I just spoke to Apple on this matter because I have the same problem - my game is on my old iphone and I was given a new one for my birthday. They said the game itself can by synced, however the data from the game itself (ie - levels achieved, LP points earned, etcetc) cannot be transferred.

I also contacted EA/Origin (the makers) on this matter and they were beyond useless.

Hi all,

I can inform you all that there IS a way of doing this!! As long as you have an iOS device and icloud.
I spent ages trying to do this and finally found a solution! It is all to do with clear wifi and the actual app itself!

I will try and explain as detailed as possible how,
Follow these instructions:

-First you have to make sure you have the Sims 3play (obviously)

-Open the app on the original device.

-On The Town Map click on the 3 dots button (green) and then click on the blue cloud (should be on the right hand side in a blue circle).

-Once you have done that it will say connecting to the cloud.(make sure your wifi/mobile data/celluar date is switched on both on iphone or ipad)

-It will then say save data (I think!).

-Then open the device which you want to transfer it to (make sure you have the Sims 3play downloaded before you start the changing process first on the device you want to transfer your game on to!)

-You will then have an option to open the icloud on your new Sims freeplay app on your new device.

-Click on download or upload saved data and it should transer from the old device to the new one! Just make sure you have clear wifi and icloud and iOS.

Hope that helped and wasnt too confusing!

-R
