I don't think you can. If you sell everything including the outer walls it would be at half price and then you have to rebuild from scratch nd the sim will still live there. Idk what would happen if the sim happens to die either!

WELL you CAN CREATE A Sims AND GO LIVE IN THE HOUSE OR REBUILD you're HOUSE I PREFER you TO REBUILD BUT HEY you're CHOICE

The bottom line is ou can't but just make your sim sleep at the house you want them to and also all there time there

You can build a new house and relocate a sim, or have someone that lives at the house that you want your sim to live at and make the sim that already lives at the house ask to move in.

No I'm sorry you can't sell your house it's not like the other Sims and I'm also afraid that you can't move a sim out

You have to relocate the sim from the build menu that you would create a sim in.

Actually you can. You have to be best friends with the person you want to move in with. Then one of the options when you click on one of the to the other is ask to move in. Then they can move in together but they don't have to be dating. You can have up to fournier people living on the house.
