Question for The Sims FreePlay

I need to "build 1 Nemesis relationship".

Do I need to make 2 sims complain to eachother several times to get this goal?

Already got it. I was right. Needed to make 2 Sims hate eachother more than enemies

Yeah 1st you need to get the Sims to dislike each other then become enemies then they will become nemesises Smile

Yes, just keep complaining and being rude. They will move from dislike to enemies to the nemesis relationship.
