Yes he teaches you the sumo wrestling because you will be faced with it again when you are going through the Death Mountain by Kakarikio Village. So be prepared to do it maybe 3 or 4 more times! Good luck!

He is talking about when you make it to Death Mountains top and sumo the Goron Elder. I don't think you can, sorry.

The answer is no you can't after you beat the elder goron you have to one more time in the temple if you don't know what I am talking about then you will find out
