Question for The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess

In the Sacared Sancuary, where you are supposed to get a sword so you can turn human again, you have to do this puzzle with 2 "statues" and you have to make them go back to where they were standing orginally. Is there a specific pattern you do to solve the puzzle? If there is what is it?

Follow this order, go: left, down, right, right, up, left, up, up, left, down, down, right, up - this'll get them in the correct spots!
